This Sunday at 10:45 we welcome Rev. Jack Hodges to the pulpit. Jack’s sermon is “Two Questions” and concludes with the hymn When We Are Living. The Chancel Choir, under the direction of Dr. Samuel Springer will sing Joel Raney’s setting of Christ, Be Our Light.

Rev. Jack Hodges is a retired Presbyterian minister who has hopelessly failed retirement. He has served five congregations from relatively large (978) to small (21) – small was the most fun. He is the General Presbyter Emeritus of Cascades Presbytery in Oregon, past member of the boards of the national Presbyterian Mission Agency, Presbyterian Foundation, San Francisco Theological Seminary, and the Jinishian Memorial Program. He is currently on the Board of Governors of Occidental College in Los Angeles. Jack and Diane have two children, Craig and his family live in Wallingford – a Philadelphia suburb, Karen and her family live in Baltimore. Jack does consulting under the name of The Kairos Group.
